Revised Seasonal Parking Restrictions

Revised Seasonal Parking Restrictions in Effect 

In accordance with §203-6 of the Hillburn Village Code entitled Seasonal Parking (Local Law 2, 2016 adopted 5/10/16) parking on streets during snow fall events is prohibited as follows:

Parking is prohibited on all public roads in the Village of Hillburn during the following times:

a.    At any time when snow is accumulating on the roadway.

b.    At any time after snow has accumulated on the roadway but before said snow has been cleared from the roadways.

c.    Between the hours of 12:00AM and 6:00AM if snowfall has been forecast by the National Weather Service.

Regular HEAP Benefit

The 2024-2025 Regular HEAP benefit is scheduled to open November 1, 2024.

Overview

The Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) can help eligible New Yorkers heat and cool their homes.

If you are eligible, you may receive one regular HEAP benefit per program year and could also be eligible for emergency HEAP benefits if you are in danger of running out of fuel or having your utility service shut off.
